Yesterday I Found A File With Me Username, Password OMG I WAS HAPPY 
Jass Wanted Me To Be Back Activate On Forum, So I Will Do Now
And Ye, That All

about the alias:
if you mean the forum nick, you can change it in Profile > Account Settings > Name

if the memberlist alias, you need to ask a mod/ admi to change it
